Merchants: Please contact the Merchant Coordinator (see below) to reserve space. Merchant fees are due with appropriate paperwork prior to the event to reserve space. Deadline to reserve is 12/16/13.

For tickets by mail, please contact the autocrat, or check the Facebook site for more information. PLEASE make checks payable to "SCA-Kingdom of the West" and include a self-addressed stamped envelope. Envelopes must be post marked by 12/16/13.
Make sure the group code is “SCA” when making on-line reservations. The group rate is $104 per night. If you book using a different rate (i.e. AAA) please make sure to note the room is for the SCA 12th Night Event.
