All Hallows Eve Medieval Faire and Tourney

Saturday October 25th, 2014
Watsonville, California

The Canton of Hawks Haven would like to invite you to the All Hallows Eve Medieval Faire and Tourney. Both Heavy and Rapier fighters will enjoy a Mad Dog-style tourney, with the victors winning their very own turkey! A Combat Archery novelty shoot will be available to the general public, and everyone is encouraged to bring their own live-steel weapons to compete in Hawks Haven's traditional annual Bottle Cutting Contest! Armor inspection for the tourney will begin at 11:30 AM. The tourney will begin at noon and end at 3:00 PM. We encourage everyone participating in the Bottle Cutting Contest to contribute by bringing empty 2-liter bottles to ensure that we have plenty for all to slash at. Win a turkey with your martial prowess! Eradicate menacing 2-liter bottles with the sharpness of your blade! Help educate the roving mundanes in the history (and fun) of our hobby! Join us for an exciting day in Hawks Haven!
