Lupercalia - Golden Playne (Thailand)

Veníte, ueníte, dominí fortés dominaeque pulchrae! The Canton of Golden Playne invites everyone to the Festival of Lupercalia. We will be holding an arts and sciences competition on the theme of “wolves” to determine the Magister Quinctilianus, an armored-combat tournament to select the Magister Fabianus, and a “naked” footrace through the streets of Rome to choose the Magister Julianus. A full three-course Roman feast will follow the traditional “sacrifice” of two goats and a dog.

Crash space is available for people who wish to spend the night.

Site Information: The event will be held at Kloster St. Christoph, the residence of His Excellency Magister Klement St. Christoph. Contact the event autocrat for directions.

Site open: 10:00 Site close: 22:00.

There is no site fee. The feast fee is 280 Bhat.

The autocrat must receive all feast reservations by 11 February 2012.
