Cynaguan Winter Investiture - Principality of Cynagua
Their Highnesses of Cynagua, Loclan and Vigdis, invite the populace to come and bear witness to the Investiture of the Lord and Lady of the Swan, Takeshi and Sora. Activities planned include a feast cooked by the talented Alfar Uthersson and Ketiley the White, as well as an Arts & Sciences Competition. Be sure to purchase your tickets soon, as the feast is limited to 60 people!
Arts & Sciences Competitions: Arts ~ Period gloves (600 to 1600, including 2-3 pages of documentation) and "Favors / Tokens" of any medium (no documentation required). Sciences ~ Armor for Combat Use (no documentation required).
Site Information: Woodland Masonic Center, 228 Plam Avenue, Woodland, California. The site opens at 10am and closes at 10pm. Site fee is $10 for members, $15 for non-members, $8 for children 5-16, and children under 5 are free. Feast tickets will be 410, available by ACCEPS or by mail (please mail a check to the Principality Exchequer, Lori of Rivenoak at 642 Circlewood Drive, Paradise, California, 95969. A limited number ot tickets may be available at the door. Please make checks payable to "SCA, Inc. - Principality of Cynagua".

Directions: Take I-5 to Woodland. From the Southwest, take HWY 113 and merge with I-5. Take the East Street, HWY 113 North Yuba City Exit. Turn left onto East Street at the traffic light. Turn right onto Kentucky Avenue (just past the rice mill). Take the next left turn onto Plam Avenue. the hall is about two (2) blocks down on the left. Look for a large blue square and compass. Parking is in the back.
