Horse owners bringing horses to an event should contact the equestrian marshal-in-charge for details about the facilities and planned activities. If you are interested in having horses at another event (for sites that permit horses), please read Event Autocrats Guide to Having Horses at SCA Events and be sure to contact the Kingdom Equestrian Officer to arrange for an equestrian marshal and order the insurance certificate at least two full months before the event.
