Darkwood Allthing

Sunday January 20th, 2019
Salinas, California

On this day we gather to speak with the candidates who wish to represent Darkwood as the next Baron and Baroness. Please come prepared with a question or two. Festivities will start promptly at 11:30am with an explanation of how the day will progress. Each candidate team will have 45 minutes for question/answer. Group discussion without candidates and voting will follow. Counting of votes and a celebration of the couple that is recommended to Their Majesties will round out the event.

Attention Youth of Darkwood : If you are a paid member (thank you parents) then you are welcome to participate fully in the activities. You must have your questions written down and pay attention during the discussions. There will be specific voting sheets for you to fill out.

Attention The Great Unwashed : You are cordially invited to participate in the activities and there will be specific non-voting sheets for you to voice your recommendation for the next baron and baroness.

Polling Information : Barony of Darkwood Paid Members will receive an electronic polling notification approximately 30 days prior to the Baronial All-Thing. There will also be paper ballots available at the event.

Everyone needs to eat, and a Potluck Snack Area will be available – Please bring something yummy to share. A Hot Beverage Station is also planned.
