Mists Bardic

Saturday October 22nd, 2016
Los Altos, California
All are welcome to the day of feasting and competition to choose the next Bard of the Mists. The feast is being prepared by Mistress Anne of Bradford and while the menu is still being finalized, it will be truly a bardic theme. Please check back at https://www.facebook.com/events/541169132732396/ as we continue to post updates on the feast menu and event. Questions regarding any allergy concerns or other dietary concerns can be directed to Mistress Anne.

The Bard of the Mists competition will have five rounds, which consist of a period piece (brief documentation requested), a piece written in a period style (brief documentation requested), Bard's choice, the competitor's "masterwork", and three words chosen from a hat with 15 minutes to create a piece. For the Bard's choice, it is to be an original piece written on the topic of "the mirror." Questions regarding the competition or the pieces required can be directed to Mistress Katla.

Reservations for feast tickets can be made with the autocrat and can be paid at the door. The feast is limited to 60 and if you cannot attend we ask that you PLEASE let us know so that your space can be made available to others. Unreserved feast tickets will be made available at the door on the day of the event.
