Cynagua Spring Coronet

As we draw closer, Prince Bjorn and Princess Hilarie invite Their populace in joining Them in the finding of Their Heirs. His Highness has invited (but not required) to have fighters' consorts speak on their fighters behalf during invocation. Her Highness will be hosting a consort’s consortiumon Saturday. She will moderate a round table discussion of ways to be a better consort. Snacks served. Time TBA on Saturday.

Lists List table will open at 8:30 Sunday morning.

A&S competitions!

Fine Arts: Underpinnings, 16th c Western European; both documented, and non-documented will be accepted.

Technical Sciences: Tack and kennel — horse and/or hound equipment/kennels, documented and non-documented accepted.

Research Paper: Horse “power” during the Middle Ages.

Entries need to be submitted to the A&S sunshade by 12pm Saturday. Any questions, contact Lady Farleigh nic Laurie.

Copper Spoon – This one is “condiments”. Make your best spice, sauce, or side dish and what it would go with. Any country within our time frame. Documentation required but no more than 2 pages. Include the recipe and any changes you had to do if needed. Competition will be held Saturday. Dishes need to be entered by 1pm. Any questions, contact Lord Angus Tyreson.

Equestrian – Will be held Saturday in the covered arena and on the eric (weather permitting). Any questions, contact Lady Kathryn Onora.

Merchants: If you plan to merchant, please let the autocrat know at least 2 weeks in advance before the event.

RV Parking: available with hookups for $20 per night.

Equestrian: $25 per stall for the weekend.

Directions: 

Take your best route to Quincy. Do NOT use your GPS, Garmin, or other navigation device, or you may end up in the wrong place! Once in Quincy, go through town to the fairgrounds. There will be SCA signs.
