Feast of Beasts
Ravenshore's annual beast themed potluck. There will be a beastly food contest. You can make your own “food art” version of a real or mythical beast. There will be contests for the best looking & tasting beasts! Make it look like a real period creature, or even a mythical monster. There will also be a contest for beastly artisans. Whether you make a costume, give a bardic performance, or craft a clay critter, we welcome all beast themed art to go on display. Please make sure all the creatures and beasts you use are period or period plausible creatures. Written documentation and “hunting” stories are not required for contests, but they do give you “extra points.” There will be a silent auction to help raise money for the shire. If you would like to donate an item, please contact the autocrat. Period plausible food is encouraged. Lemon water will be provided, but feel free to bring your own beverages

Site Fee:
Free! It is a potluck, so bring a dish to share, even if you do not enter it into the contest.
Directions:
Take your best route to Hwy 20. Exit New Long Valley Rd. (New Long Valley, is actually about 3 mi outside the town of Clearlake Oaks. If you are heading east on 20 you will pass the town, if you are heading west on 20, you will hit New Long Valley before you enter the town of Clearlake Oaks). Drive 3 mi down New Long Valley Rd, then turn right onto Spring Valley Rd. Drive .9 of a mile, then turn right onto Wolf Creek. The community center will be to your left just past the one lane bridge.
